As we reflect on 2025, one word rises to the surface: connection. This year was defined by bringing people together across cities, categories, and creative disciplines while continuing to push design forward through strategic product development, creative direction, and design licensing partnerships.
Closing Out the Trend Tour Strong
We began the year on the road, completing the final five stops of the Stacy Garcia Design Studio Trend Tour in Dallas, Washington D.C., Phoenix, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. These final markets capped off an incredible nationwide journey that spanned 12 cities, welcomed over 1,000 attendees, and reached more than 160,000 people across social media.
At each stop, we gathered the design community to explore future-forward trend forecasts, consumer insights, and material direction that directly inform product strategy and commercial design decisions. The tour created valuable exposure for designers, manufacturers, and industry professionals while reinforcing the importance of trend-driven product development and market relevance.
A Year of Product Launches Across Categories
Design-Led Product Development and Licensing Collaborations
Throughout 2025, we were proud to launch an exciting range of products across multiple categories, each rooted in trend research, storytelling, craftsmanship, and scalable design solutions for the commercial, hospitality, and residential markets.
New Wallcoverings with Koroseal
We introduced four new wallcovering patterns with Koroseal, developed through a collaborative product development process that balances aesthetics, performance, and commercial viability:
- Marble Hill rounds out the collection with a timeless sensibility that supports a wide range of design applications.
-
Brighton Lane brings a refined sense of movement to any wall with its organic vertical flow and tactile finish, adding quiet sophistication and depth to interiors that embrace understated elegance with a modern edge.
- Ridgewood Raffia delivers authenticity and dimensional depth through a midscale woven pattern designed to translate seamlessly across project types.
-
Astoria Accent is a sophisticated silk dupioni with timeless appeal, offering refined texture and elegance for hospitality and commercial interiors.
Each pattern was developed to balance texture, scale, performance, and versatility, supporting both hospitality and commercial environments.
Celebrating 15 Years with Brintons: Imperfect Opulence
In partnership with Brintons, we launched Imperfect Opulence, our 12th original and exclusive carpet collection, celebrating 15 years of creative collaboration and licensed design partnership. The collection explores heritage reimagined for modern interiors, reflecting a renewed interest in nostalgia while delivering the performance, durability, and sophistication required for today’s hospitality and commercial flooring markets.
Signature Flooring: Rendezvous, Mystic Horizons, and Whisper
Comprehensive Hospitality Flooring Design
In 2025, we officially launched Rendezvous with Signature Flooring. Originally previewed at BDNY 2024, Rendezvous blends the tranquility of nature with the sophisticated elegance of expert craftsmanship, resulting in environments that feel both grounding and refined. This collaboration takes a comprehensive approach to hospitality flooring product development, offering a diverse range of solutions that meet the varied needs of different spaces.
The Rendezvous Collections encompass broadloom, hard surface SPC, carpet tile, and customization options, featuring Oasis, Landscapes, Vista, and Monarch. Together, these collections address every aspect of hospitality design, from public spaces to guest rooms.
We also debuted two additional collections with Signature Flooring:
-
Mystic Horizons merges AI, the metaverse, and nature to infuse hospitality interiors with energy, harmony, and wonder. Offered in broadloom and carpet tile, the collection features free-flowing patterns inspired by organic leaf and petal forms layered over geometric structures.
-
Whisper was designed specifically for guest rooms and introduces calm through tonal color, soft neutral earth hues, and gentle directionality. With refined simplicity and understated elegance, Whisper creates a restful guest experience while meeting performance requirements.
Introducing Radius and Valenova with TileBar
Licensed Tile Design and Creative Direction
We expanded our partnership with TileBar in 2025 with the launch of two licensed tile collections developed through strategic creative direction and trend translation.
Radius, our new field tile collection, is named for its radial lines and rhythmic pattern options. Reimagining Art Deco through a modern lens, the glossy ceramic starburst tile features a subtle crackled glaze, is made in Spain, and is ideal for kitchens, backsplashes, and bathroom walls.
We also launched Valenova, inspired by the delicate precision of origami paper folding. Valenova features subtle geometric designs with origami-inspired dimension, trend-forward earthy terracotta hues, and a thoughtful mix of satin and matte finishes. Sustainably produced in Spain, the collection reflects the growing demand for design-forward, responsible product development.

Hospitality Performance Meets Residential Design
One of the most exciting milestones of the year was debuting our first residential upholstery collection, Layla, with Edgecombe Furniture. The collection is available exclusively on Wayfair and bridges hospitality-grade construction with modern residential styling.
The Layla Collection features a transitional silhouette with gracefully curved arms and a streamlined bench seat. Upholstered in a tightly woven chenille with a velvet-like hand and subtle sheen, each piece delivers elevated comfort alongside durability.
The collection includes:
- Accent chair
- Loveseat
- Standard sofa

With 100% polyester chenille and 50,000 double rubs, Layla demonstrates how performance materials and thoughtful design can translate across market segments.
